the ring

for some weird reason, my wedding ring warped. it is now shaped like an oval rather than a circle. i hated that ring since it was first given to me and i really had no intention of wearing it. but after two months of wearing it, i feel weird, sort of empty, without it on my finger.

i miss playing around with it when i am bored. i miss putting it on a different finger every now and then. i miss it.

and i never thought anyone would notice that my ring was missing. weirdly enough, a friend who i rarely saw asked me yesterday why i wasn't wearing it. people do notice when you are not wearing your wedding ring.

oh well. sometime this week, ill bring it to the jeweler's shop. i hope he can fix it.
